You retain ownership of your prompts and creative input. AI-generated stories are provided as a starting point. We recommend reviewing and editing before publishing. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Subscription & Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel anytime. Refunds are provided within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Lifetime plans are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or service announcement.
